The Brook Welding Company has decades of experience in producing offshore and subsea steel fabrications and structures to the highest standards for the oil and gas exploration industry. We understand that a lot of these fabrications end up in the harsh conditions of the north sea and therefore need to be built to the relevant regulations and are subjected to rigorous tractability programme. We are very experienced in meeting and exceeding these demanding criteria, right down to the exacting paint finish. We have the capacity to handle fabrications up to 60 Tonnes and have the room to test build if required.

As well as offshore and marine work we are well practiced in the demanding and often life critical nature of subsea fabrication work. We have worked on projects ranging from diving bell systems and associated winch gear to cable laying equipment so you know your build is in safe hands.

Our ability to keep the build in house from when the certified plate or section is delivered, right up until it leaves as a painted & machined fabrication gives the ability to guarantee quality and finish. We are ISO 9001 certified as well as having a large range of welding procedures for BS EN 288, BS EN ISO 15614-1 & ASME IX and welder approval for BS EN 287-1, BS EN ISO 9606-1 & ASME IX. We are experienced in working with Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Bureau Veritas (BV) and Lloyds and regularly conduct DPT, MPI and Ultrasonic testing.
