Over the last six decades Brook Welding have been building steel fabrications for Energy Sector. From hydroelectric water turbine housings to 60 tonne stator frames and bases we have the technical know-how to fabricate, weld and machine your jobs to the highest of standards. In this time we have supplied machined fabrications to all the main sectors included the nuclear market.

We are ISO 9001 and B.S. EN 1090 EXC 3 accredited and have a number of welding procedures in B.S. EN 288, B.S. EN ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX to cover all manner of weld types and material grades and our welders are coded to B.S EN 287-1, B.S. EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME IX. We regularly work with 3.1 and 3.2 certificated materials we can offer a full package of testing and traceability designed to suit your specification. Including independent Charpy Impact Testing and certification all materials used, and a full NDT package of DPT, MPI and Ultrasonic testing as well as certified load testing and CMM reports all tailored to suit your requirements.

In addition to fabrication and welding our West Midlands site can also offer CNC machining, thermal stress relieving, shot blasting and painting. This allows us to be more than just a steel fabricator and offer the complete package to our customer, it also lets us keep a keen eye on quality and delivery.
